The present study is aimed at developing a model for investigating the relationships between individual and organizational performances, alignment, and organizational goals. To this aim, a correlational-descriptive research design was adopted. The participants of the study included 504 employees working in the banking industry. The data were collected through a researcher developed questionnaire consisting of 57 items. Then, the accrued data were analyzed through structural equation modeling via SPLS smar3. The results indicated that the model had acceptable goodness of fit and there existed a significant correlation among the components of the model.
